The campaign calls attention to the unique challenges that adult and nontraditional learners face in today’s social and economic landscape, while also aiming to help connect adults who are thinking of going back to school with the tools, resources and knowledge needed to achieve the success they deserve.

In addition, the article features Q&As from distinguished leaders in the field of adult education. Leaders discuss what specific characteristics set adult learners apart from traditional learners, misconceptions surrounding this cohort, advice they have for adult learners, and how organizations and employers can work to support a broader range of today’s learners.
