Charles Dickens' Christmas GhostsThe creation of  a national movement that can better connect education, career pathways, and job creation - while also promoting affordable learning - will take the collaboration and cooperation of as many private and public sector players as possible. It's going to take a renewal of American spirit and a determined collective effort, the inspiration for which can found in Charles Dickens' classic: A Christmas Carol.

Set against the backdrop of the Industrial Revolution in London, the setting of this timeless novel draws many parallels to today's rapidly changing labor force. Much like in Dickens' era, the skills needed for success in the workforce are changing, presenting many challenges for individuals in today's workforce.
